This is not a reading challenge in and of itself, but just a group of readers who want to keep healthy habits on the forefront. This is a supportive group with fitness challenges throughout the year. (To read more, click on the image to the left).
But I will use books to help me start more healthy fitness habits this year. Specifically, audiobooks. I want to listen to at least 10 audiobooks this year ONLY while I am intentionally walking/exercising. That way I can track my time spent in intentional fitness movement AND get more reading done! Brilliant, right!
